RETURNS

- All unused products could be returned within 7 working days of the day after the date the product is delivered to you.

- Please note that parrot cage that has been assembled could NOT be returned or exchanged, unless it is proven faulty.

- The restocking fee will be 25% of the total value of the product for late return (after 7 days).

- Please call or email us to get Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return.

- Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us (including shipping, if applied), and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse.

- We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order.

- All returns must be in perfect resalable condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.

DAMAGED GOODS

- Customer should notice us within 7 working days if the received product is defective. Free replacement will be sent on our cost, including the possible shipping charge.

- If customer notices us after 7 days, free replacement will be offered, but customer will be responsible for any possible shipping charge.

- Customer should notice us immediately if the received item is damaged during shipping, we need to open a damage claim from the shipping courier. Clear picture on the defective or damaged part is required for replacement.
